Our passion for pasta and sauces began over 100 years ago with my great grand mother Veronica Toma.

My love and infatuation with our families sauce recipe drove me to create what I believe to be the perfect pasta! To do so, I traveled to Italy to study with Pasta Master Giorgio Vaninetti.
